Advanced control
Ideal for doughs with hydration above 55%, the Imperium line is equipped with innovative control systems for precise and efficient operation. The IMPERIUM 300 model features two fixed speeds on the spirals and offers a choice between an electromechanical control panel with dual timers or an electronic panel with bypass selector. The IMPERIUM 300 PLUS version integrates a PLC, touchscreen and inverter for dynamic control of bowl and spiral speeds. Bowl reversal at first speed enhances dough processing and ensures even mixing.

Robust structure and optimized maintenance
Designed for intensive production cycles, the Imperium line is built with XPZ belt transmission and oil-bath gear reducers to deliver power, efficiency and long-term durability. Bowl rotation is driven by two synchronized motors with traction wheels on a machined edge, while the tool/motor transmission is easily accessible thanks to a gas-spring-assisted cover simplifying both use and maintenance.
