The steel frame ensures a solid and durable structure. The V-belt drive system provides quiet operation, ideal for artisan bakeries. Perfect for medium to high hydration doughs (over 55%) using European flours.

Compact and versatile
Standing just 85 cm tall and capable of mixing even small batches (as little as 1 kg of flour), it’s the ideal choice for small bakeries and pizzerias where space is at a premium. Equipped with a dual-speed motor for both bowl and spiral in a three-phase configuration. Available upon request a single-phase version.
